Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsps instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 2 tbsps hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place the instant coffee, hot water, and sugar into the mixing bowl.
  • Using a mixer, whip the mixture at one of the higher speeds for about 2 minutes.
  • Pour milk into your mug, either with or without ice, and then finish it off by pouring the coffee cream mixture over the top.
  • Optional - sprinkle some cocoa powder or cinnamon.
